Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the Platform. Accounts on 1998rich are for personal use only. You may not register on behalf of another person, act as an agent for a third party, or allow any other individual to access or use your account. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address (Malaysian addresses accepted including Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and all other Malaysian states), valid email address, and chosen payment method.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any accumulated balances.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 1998rich will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access due to your failure to secure your login details. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify us immediately at [email protected].
All accounts are subject to identity verification (KYC) before withdrawal requests can be processed. The standard documents required include a valid Malaysian identification document (MyKad, Driver's Licence, or Passport), proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 3 months), and a selfie with the identification document. Verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of document submission.
KYC Tip: Players who complete KYC verification early — before requesting their first withdrawal — experience significantly faster payout processing. We recommend completing verification promptly after registration.
1998rich accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods: Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT).
The minimum deposit amount is RM50 for bank transfer and e-wallet methods, and the equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits at the prevailing conversion rate at time of transaction.

We reserve the right to request source-of-funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals and to suspend accounts pending investigation where suspicious activity is detected. All promotions, bonuses, free bets, and special offers provided by 1998rich are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.
Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds credited to an account carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any portion of the bonus balance or bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 25x) of the bonus amount. Not all games contribute equally toward wagering — specific contribution percentages are detailed in individual promotion pages.
1998rich operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using a betting strategy that exploits a bonus while maintaining low risk to real money funds, or coordinating with other players to exploit a promotional offer. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
Bonus funds and free bet credits that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from the account. Real Money Balances are not affected by bonus expiry.
1998rich reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any promotion already claimed and accepted by a User prior to modification shall be honoured under the terms applicable at the time of acceptance.
All casino games available on 1998rich use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are independently audited to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or game error, 1998rich will investigate the incident using server-side logs. Where a genuine error is confirmed, affected bets may be voided and stakes refunded to the user's Real Money Balance. The decision of 1998rich on disputed game results is final and binding, provided it is made in good faith based on available technical evidence.
Sports betting markets — including Liga Super Malaysia, English Premier League (EPL), UFC, basketball, and other events — are governed by specific market rules displayed on each event's betting page. Bets that are placed at clearly erroneous odds due to a technical error may be voided at 1998rich's discretion. Bets are not accepted from or on behalf of parties with privileged inside information.

Prior to account closure, any outstanding withdrawable balance (Real Money Balance free of wagering requirements) will be processed to your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC obligations.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any account at our sole discretion, without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that:
